Vessels will not be permitted to berth until all pre arrival documents have been completed and returned.

As follows some further details for your upcoming call to Puma Terminal Milford Haven,

  1. Fresh water is available at a cost of GBP 38 for 1st 10m3 and GBP 2.38 per m3 over 10m3
  2. Slops can not be discharged at the terminal
  3. Bunkers are available ex barge (MGO & FO).
  4. OPL of Milford Haven is outside of the SECA area, vessels are required to change over to low sulphur bunkers (0.1%) after berthing
  5. Free pratique is automatically granted upon arrival (End of Sea Passage time).
  6. Small quantity of stores can be taken ex jetty, other wise stores barge will be required to be used (please confirm you have a crane aft and is in good working order)
  7. ENS Declarations are required for all vessels arriving directly into the UK from outside the EU. Please make us aware if this relates to your voyage in order to supply you with the necessary paperwork and to have it correctly completed.
  8. Please forward copy of your vessel International Tonnage Certificate (ITC) for our files and to pass onto the port.
  9. Waste should be segregated prior to landing, all recyclables must be landed in clear bags or it will be classed as galley waste and disposal will be charged at the higher rate (Tariff Available on request). Kindly advise if clear bags are required.

We also draw your attention to the attached Notice to mariners in regards to the use of ‘Weighted Heaving Lines’ and the proper instalment of pilot ladders; failure to do so will lead to prosecution of the Master under the Port authorties byelaw’s.

As per MCA European legislation, a CERS3 workbook will need to be completed. This must be completed by the vessel’s master prior to arrival and again before pilot departure.

Failure to do so correctly or in time will result in the vessel not being permitted a berth or depart.
